You can order as many as you like and with larger orders we can offer discounts.

How much does it cost?
Costs vary depending on the number of machines you order and how well they perform. Get in touch and we can provide you a tailored quote.
Can we use our own messaging content on the screens?
Yes! We can bespoke content to individual machines and update regularly.
What type of payment methods does the machine take?
We accept all card payments except American Express. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. We don’t accept coins.
What are the network requirements?
The machines simply need access to a good quality 4G network. We check the quality during our site survey.
Are the machines refrigerated?
Yes! We can also change the temperature remotely if needs be.
What are the machine dimensions?
We have two sizes. Either h: 2060mm, w: 840mm, d: 1086mm or h: 1940mm, w: 840, d: 1086mm. They neatly slot into standard vending spaces.
Can we choose the colour of our machines and have our own logo?
Yes! For larger orders we can bespoke machine colours and implement own brand logos.
How are the machines powered?
Our machines are power-efficient and only need 2 x 13 amp plug sockets.
Can i bespoke my menu?
We have 6 different menus to choose from but we are always open to product requests.
Are there any vegan options?
Yes. Dietary options are hugely important to us. We have a dietary filter on all our machines to help you easily find the right product for you.
Where does your Mother fresh food get made?
We have our very own kitchen and team in East London that make our products every day.
Do you show nutritional information for each product?
Yes! We have a nutritional info button for each product that shows all the ingredients and nutritional breakdown.
Can you service outside London & M25?
Right now, we can only provide our full service offer to places inside the M25. So self-stocking would be your better option.
How often do you restock?
We have our own logistics team and generally we aim to restock 2 - 3 times a week. However with our real-time stock level update system we’re able to monitor and react even quicker if the machines need it.
Do you service the machine?
Yes we fully service all machines and offer tech updates as standard.
How soon can you deliver the machines?
Usually between 4 - 6 weeks. Fulfilling larger orders may take slightly longer.
How often do you do sales promotions?
We do weekly discounts and offers and can do bespoke marketing for individual machines as well.
What's the minimum number of people you need in an office environment?
We need a minimum of 150 people.
